Barker Proudlove have been retained to acquire units in Manchester City Centre on behalf of Seed, a modern salad brand inspired by California’s food culture. 

Seed are keen to acquire units of 1,500-2,500 sq ft in high street locations with a strong footfall and close to good transport links (corner units preferred). Units will require 3 Phase power and a 25mm water feed.
