Barker Proudlove are retained by Loom Loft to secure premises in high profile out of town locations.  Currently trading from Clitheroe, Bolton, Preston, Batley, a newly opened store in Lytham and distribution warehouse in Accrington.

Current criteria:-

• High profile out of town locations, ideally in a solus building, but would consider retail parks or retail clusters with complimentary adjacent occupiers.

• 10,000-20,000sq.ft, sweat spot being 10,000sq.ft with 5000sq.ft mezz.

• Within 100 miles from their Accrington distribution base with towns on the radar listed below, but not exhaustive:

               Birstall/Leeds                  Carnforth

               Chester                           Harrogate

               Knutsford                        Oldham

               Rotherham                      Sheffield

               Speke                             Stockport

               Warrington                      Wirral
