Barker Proudlove are retained to acquire new stores in the North East, Yorkshire and East Midlands with a ground floor footprint from 1,500 – 3,000 sq ft. This footprint is flexible to accommodate transport hub locations for example. Prime corner locations with outdoor seating are preferred but not essential. Drive Thru sites also actively sought.
