Caffè Nero are now trading from over 500 stores in the UK.

Barker Proudlove are retained to acquire new stores in the North West and North Wales with a ground floor from 800 - 2,000 sq ft (minimum internal width 18ft) in busy locations.

Close proximity to office districts, transport hubs and tourist locations are also of interest in addition to corner/character buildings.
