AS Bargains Limited, trading as Top Bargain, is a multi-price discount/variety store established in 2021, with 6 trading stores (Birkenhead, Heaton, Halifax, Formby, Ashington, Byker) and a further store in Glasgow opening January 2026.

Barker Proudlove are retained to source 5 stores in 2026, with a further 5in 2027 as part of a generic expansion strategy.
