URBAN OUTFITTERS COMING TO NEWCASTLE

Advising AVIVA, Barker Proudlove have secured a flagship letting to Urban Outfitters in Newcastle City Centre.

Located on Grainger Street, close to the Greys Monument, the site will be subject to major redevelopment works commencing in May 2011, with Urban Outfitters expecting to be open in October 2011.

The resultant store will have a prime Grainger Street entrance, with a large sales staircase leading up to two sales floors providing circa 5,000sqft per floor.
