TK MAXX & BONMARCHE EXTEND THEIR LEASE TERMS IN GRIMBSY

TK Maxx and bonmarche have both committed to lease extensions within Freshney Place Shopping Centre.

TK Maxx occupy approximately 20,000sqft at first floor level on Baxtergate, situated immediately above The Entertainer and Top Shop/ Top Man.

bonmarche, situated on Friargate adjacent to Mothercare and opposite House of Fraser, occupy approximately 4,500sqft sales on the ground floor.

Barker Proudlove and JLL are the leasing agents on Freshney Place for Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund.
