Barker Proudlove have secured a new letting to toy retailer The Entertainer within the Freshney Place Shopping Centre in Grimsby. The Entertainer opened in January 2012.

Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund are the Landlord with JLL the joint leasing agents.
