BARKER PROUDLOVE WELCOME TWO NEW RECRUITS

We are delighted to announce the appointments of Jonathan Newns as Director and Grant Owens as Senior Surveyor.

Jonathan has moved from King Sturge/ JLL and will continue to work on the Victoria Quarter Shopping Centre in Leeds. Jonathan's retained retailer clients include Waitrose and Specsavers.

Grant was previously working at GVA within their dedicated shopping centre management team in Manchester. Grant's principal role was to manage 4 shopping centres on behalf of an LPA Receiver and a major lending organisation.
