A LETTING TRILOGY BY BARKER PROUDLOVE IN LEEDS

We have recently completed on 3 combined new lettings in Leeds city centre.

Pretty Green, who are a new British designer clothes brand promoting classic British tailoring and signature pieces with stores in Carnaby Street and Covent Garden, have taken the former Nicky Clarke premises at 9 King Edward Street, The Victoria Quarter.

The team at Barker Proudlove, acting for AXA Investment Managers, were then able to facilitate a relocation of Nicky Clarke into the Saks unit within Queens Arcade. This involved a simultaneous relocation for Saks into vacant upper floor space on Lands Lane.

In all, the transaction comprised 5 agreements between 3 retailers and 2 Landlords.
